Union No Limits — Football Without Barriers
ASD Union Picena is a local amateur football association based in the Marche region, built around three values that define its identity: humility, passion, and consistency.
Among its teams is Union No Limits — their paralympic group of athletes who experience football through training, teamwork, competition, and shared commitment within the club.
For these athletes, football is not a symbolic initiative or a parallel activity. It is simply their sport. They have a team, a staff, a kit, training sessions, and matches. They show up, they work, and they play.
That perspective matters to us.
A Visit to Our Facility
Earlier this year, the Union No Limits team and the Union Picena staff visited our facility in Montelupone. During the visit, they had the opportunity to explore our production spaces, see the machinery at work, and discover more about the materials and technologies used in the footwear world.
At the same time, the visit gave us the opportunity to step outside our daily routines and share a genuine moment together.
What stayed with us most was the energy and openness the group brought into the company that day. It was a simple but meaningful reminder that curiosity, enthusiasm, and participation are values that can connect very different worlds and experiences.
